| These sessions give you schedule flexibility and can be cancelled with 24 hours notice at your convenience
- All sessions are by appointment only
- 24 hour cancellation policy
- All appointments are on a first come first serve basis
- You must pre-pay a package to hold a permanent standing on the schedule
- Unpaid classes in excess of the series are charged at the single calls rate
- Pre-paid classes expire in 4 months
- Classes with 2 or less people could be canceled
- Pilates for Kids: Fun class with balls, bands, rollers and equipment teaching kids Pilates basics while getting cardio jump board and Bosu. Teaching kids principles for a life time of fitness.
- Matt Classes: Take the Pilates basics to the next level with bands, magic circles, balls and band.
- Men on Mats: Some floor and equipment working with props that concentrate on stretching and stretching muscles usually tight and weak on men. Great for improved sport performance. Work on Core and more!
- Pre&Postnatal: Special class working on stretching and strengthening the muscles that the pregnant posture produce.
- Duet: Two Pilates people who want to thave a great work out for a discounted price.
