These sessions give you schedule flexibility and can be cancelled with 24 hours notice at your convenience
 
General Information

  • All sessions are by appointment only
  • 24 hour cancellation policy
  • All appointments are on a first come first serve basis
  • You must pre-pay a package to hold a permanent standing on the schedule
  • Unpaid classes in excess of the series are charged at the single calls rate
  • Pre-paid classes expire in 4 months
  • Classes with 2 or less people could be canceled
 
Class Descriptions
  • Pilates for Kids:  Fun class with balls, bands, rollers and equipment teaching kids Pilates basics while getting cardio jump board and Bosu.  Teaching kids principles for a life time of fitness.
  • Matt Classes:  Take the Pilates basics to the next level with bands, magic circles, balls and band.
  • Men on Mats:  Some floor and equipment working with props that concentrate on stretching and stretching muscles usually tight and weak on men.  Great for improved sport performance.  Work on Core and more!
  • Pre&Postnatal: Special class working on stretching and strengthening the muscles that the pregnant posture produce.
  • Duet: Two Pilates people who want to thave a great work out for a discounted price.
